Privacy notice

What we collect when you book, and what we never ask.

This notice explains what personal information Stillpoint Studio collects when you visit this website, book a treatment or write to us. Last updated: 1 February 2026.

Who we are

Stillpoint Studio Ltd, 3 Vetch Lane, is responsible for your personal data. Write to privacy@stillpoint.example about anything on this page.

What we collect

  • Bookings: your name, email, phone number, what you booked and when

  • The first-visit note: the pressure you like and whether you would rather talk, if you choose to tell us

  • Enquiries: whatever you write, plus your name and email

  • Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites

What we never ask

We do not ask about your health through this website, the booking form or the first-visit note. If something matters for your treatment, tell your therapist in the room; it is not written into your booking.

How long we keep it

Booking records for six years, because tax law requires it. First-visit notes until you ask us to delete them, and enquiries for a year.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by writing to privacy@stillpoint.example. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
