Who we are
Spruce & Shine Cleaning Ltd, registered in England 10846213, Unit 3, Feeder Road Yard, Bristol BS2 0SB, is responsible for your personal data. Write to hello@spruceandshine.example about anything on this page.
What we collect
Quote requests: your name, email, phone number if you give one, your postcode, the clean you want, the days that suit you and what you tell us about your home or office
Bookings: your address and the notes on your home your cleaner needs; how we get in is agreed with you when you book, never through this website's form
Payments: handled by our card provider; we never see or keep your full card number
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become bookings are deleted after six months. Booking records are kept for six years because tax law requires it. Access notes are deleted the day your last clean is done, and keys are returned to you in person.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your details, we do not photograph anything personal in your home, and the room photographs on this website are only used with the owner's written permission.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to hello@spruceandshine.example. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
