Spruce & Shine began with one van, two cleaners and a boot full of refill bottles. Today, twenty-six cleaners work across Bristol and Bath — every one employed by us, never supplied by an agency.

03 — What we clean
The right clean for the life around it.
Six ways in. Every one carried out by our own cleaners, with our own products and kit.

Regular cleaning
Weekly or fortnightly, with the same cleaner each visit. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting and beds changed when fresh sheets are left out.

Deep cleaning
Two cleaners, top to bottom: inside the oven, behind the fridge, limescale, skirting boards and the tops of wardrobes.

End-of-tenancy
A thorough clean to the standard of a professional inventory, with the oven included.

Office cleaning
Early-morning or evening cleaning for studios, surgeries and offices of up to sixty desks.

Windows inside
Glass, frames and sills inside, plus mirrors and glass doors; added to any clean.

Ovens & fridges
Oven racks soaked and scrubbed; fridges emptied, wiped and restocked the way you had them.

Know what the clean costs.
A fixed price by email, not a range. Regular cleans include products, cloths and the vacuum; skip one with 48 hours' notice and pay nothing. Windows inside: £4 each, on any clean.

05 — Offices / studios / surgeries
A clean that learns the building.
For workplaces of up to sixty desks. We agree a written plan on a free walk-round, then one supervisor gets to know the building and checks the work every month. Cleans take place early morning or evening.

06 — The handover clean
Ready for the inventory.
We clean the property to the standard of a professional inventory, including the oven. Rosa's team works through the details that show at handover — from limescale and skirting boards to the spaces behind appliances. If the letting agent flags anything we cleaned, tell us and we will come back to clean it again, free, within seven days.

We clean, you carry on
Be home or not. We bring every product, cloth and the vacuum.

If something was missed, tell us within 48 hours. We come back and clean that part again, free.

Our twenty-six cleaners are employed by Spruce & Shine, paid at least the Real Living Wage, DBS-checked and referenced before their first clean. They are insured on every visit.

Keys are coded in a locked cabinet and never labelled with an address.
