The brick dock warehouse at dusk, its tall iron-framed windows lit amber above the quay wall and the dark water, harbour cranes and a moored ship on the horizon
Warehouse 9 · Old Dock Road

Dinner, written by the tide.

One short menu each morning. Boats, growers and an open hearth decide the rest.
The story

Fire inside. Water at the door.

We cook almost everything over coals in a former bonded warehouse, following the day's catch, the growers' crates and the turn of the marsh. The menu is written each morning and changes whenever the kitchen has a reason to.
The dining room inside the warehouse: brick walls, iron columns, tall arched windows onto the water and a long open hearth behind a timber counter
