Who we are
Nestwell Rentals LLC, 8500 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 210, Beverly Hills, CA 90211, is responsible for your personal information. Write to hello@nestwell.example about anything on this page.
What we collect
Enquiries: your name, email, phone number if you give one, your budget and the homes, places and dates you ask about
Applications: your ID, proof of income, references and — only with your consent — a credit report
Leases: the signed lease, the deposit receipt and the move-in and move-out inventories with their photos
Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your information for advertising, we do not send emails you have not asked for, and we pass an application to a home's owner only when you apply for that home.
How long we keep it
Lease records are kept for as long as the law requires after the tenancy ends, then deleted. Applications that do not lead to a lease are deleted after six months, enquiries after a year.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, and California residents can ask what we collected and why, by writing to hello@nestwell.example. We will not treat you differently for asking.
