02 / Before it is listed

We go there first.

Every Nestwell home is visited, measured and photographed by our own team before it appears here. The rent you see is the rent you pay.

04 / The map

City blocks. Canyon roads. Ocean air.

Our books span eleven Los Angeles neighborhoods, from high-rise streets to quieter valley gardens: Beverly Hills, Downtown LA, Century City, West Hollywood, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Encino, Sherman Oaks and Calabasas among them.

05 / Four scenes

From search to keys, in four clear steps.

  1. An open laptop and a cup of coffee on a white table by a window onto the city at dusk

    01 — Find a home

Search by neighborhood, type, budget and move-in date.

  2. A tall timber front door of a modern house at dusk, lit by warm sconces between planters

    02 — Book a viewing

An agent meets you at the home and walks it with you.

  3. A printed lease and a black pen on a marble table

    03 — Apply & sign

A short application, a credit and reference check with your consent, then a written lease.

  4. A set of house keys on a marble kitchen counter, a plant soft in the background

    04 — Move in

Keys arrive with an inventory and photographs of the home.

06 / The numbers

Plain terms. No broker fee.

The details people remember.

  • An empty downtown apartment at dusk, a long sofa before a wall of windows onto the towers
    Maya R., Luxury Apartment, Downtown
The listing showed the real rent, deposit and parking. No surprises.
The inventory had a photo of every scuff. My whole deposit came back.
    Lena M., White Terrace House
  • A Beverly Hills street in warm late sun, lined with tall palms, hedges and modern houses
Daniel & Priya K., Modern Family House
Our agent knew which side of the street gets afternoon sun.
A villa that takes dogs, with a fenced garden.
The Alvarez family, Mid-Century Pool Villa
  • A small apartment balcony with an outdoor sofa above the city lights at dusk
    Sam O., Balcony Apartment
I moved from Chicago without seeing it. The walk-through and inventory photos made it easy.
Month-to-month while my own house closed.
    Jordan T., Palm Court Villa
08 / Two desks, one standard

Close to the homes. Close to the work.

Elena Park and Marcus Hale spent ten years managing buildings for other people before founding Nestwell Rentals in 2016. Today the agency still works from a two-desk office on Wilshire Boulevard — and still visits every home it lists.

09 / Move-in notes

A documented beginning.

At move-in you receive the keys with a written inventory and photographs of the home. They record the condition of the rooms, the fittings and any existing marks. The agency manages most homes, so you know who to call.
