Privacy notice

What we collect when you order or subscribe — and what we do with it.

This notice explains what personal information Loomfield collects when you visit this website, place an order, ask for a swatch or subscribe. Last updated: 1 February 2026. (Sample text for this template — replace it with your own.)

Who we are

Loomfield Ltd, Dublin, is responsible for your personal data. Write to privacy@loomfield.example about anything on this page.

What we collect

  • Orders: your name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered

  • Payment: handled entirely by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details

  • Enquiries and swatch requests: whatever you write, plus your name and email

  • The letter: your email address, and only after you confirm it from the email we send

  • Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites

What we do not do

We do not build a profile of what you buy, we do not run advertising pixels, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone. Our email provider, payment provider and courier see only what they need to do their job and may not use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Orders for as long as tax law requires. Enquiries for a year. The letter until you leave it, which you can do from the bottom of any email.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by writing to privacy@loomfield.example. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
