Enquiries: your names, email, phone number if you give one, and what you write about your date and guest numbers
Bookings: the contact details and the plans for the day that we need to run it, kept for six years for our accounts
Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites
What we do not ask for
We do not need, and please do not send us, details about anyone's health. Menus are planned between you and your caterer directly.
Who sees it
Priya and the Ashdown family. Once you book, we share the names and timings your suppliers need with those suppliers, and only after you have told us who they are. We never sell or share your details for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to privacy@hollowoak.example. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
