Who we are
Fluff & Fold Dog Grooming Ltd, 214 Gloucester Road, Bishopston, Bristol BS7, is responsible for your personal data. Write to hello@fluffandfold.example about anything on this page.
What we collect
Bookings and enquiries: your name, email, phone number if you give one, your dog's name, breed and size, and the groom you want
Groom notes: the cut, the clip lengths and who groomed your dog, so the next groom matches the last
Photos: the picture we text you when your dog is ready; we only share one on this website or anywhere else with your say-so
Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your details, we do not send emails you have not asked for, and we do not keep card details — payment is taken at the desk when you collect.
How long we keep it
Groom notes stay for two years after your dog's last visit, then they are deleted. Enquiries that never became a booking are deleted after six months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to hello@fluffandfold.example. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
