Stay details: identity information required by local law at check-in, and your booking preferences
Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe
Website usage: anonymous, aggregated statistics without advertising cookies
How we use it
We use your details to reply to enquiries, manage your reservation, prepare your stay and meet our legal obligations. We send the newsletter only with your consent and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing and retention
We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the hotel, such as our payment processor, under contract. Enquiries that do not become stays are deleted after twelve months.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by writing to privacy@casaaurelia.com. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
