What we collect through this website
Booking requests: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, what you would like to book and the times that suit you
Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics, with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites
The booking form is for bookings and questions about our services only. Please do not send health information through it — we talk about that with you in person, at the practice.
How long we keep it
Booking requests are kept for twelve months and then deleted, unless you become a patient, in which case they join your patient record and our separate patient privacy notice applies.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your details, we do not send marketing you did not ask for, and we never publish a patient's name or photograph without written agreement.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to hello@brightsidedental.example. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
