Every check-up has thirty minutes. We show you the photographs, talk through the choices and put every agreed fee in writing before treatment starts.

A first visit is a conversation before it is an examination. Here is exactly what to expect.

  1. Book simply

    Online or by phone. We only need your name, phone and email.

  2. Arrive gently

    Have a cup of tea at reception and take a look around the room.

  3. See the screen

    We show you the surgery and the eye-level screen before the examination begins.

  4. Talk it through

    Your dentist shows your photographs on screen and explains what they see.

  5. Leave with clarity

    Take home a written plan with prices, and book your next check-up with a reminder a week ahead.

A practice designed for quieter visits

Our ground-floor surgeries look onto the garden. Blinds can be lowered for a dimmer visit, and every room has a screen at eye level so you can see what your dentist is describing.

Children can come from their first tooth. We keep visits ordinary and unhurried: a look around, a ride in the chair and a sticker at the end.
