This policy explains what personal information Bella collects when you book a table, order online or ask about an event, and what happens to it. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
Who we are
Bella Ristorante S.r.l., Via del Pratello 41, 40122 Bologna, Italy, is responsible for your personal information. Write to ciao@bella-ristorante.example about anything on this page.
What we collect
Table bookings: your name, email, phone number, the date, the time, the number of guests and any note you add
Orders: your name, email, phone number, delivery address if you choose delivery, and what you ordered
Event enquiries: what you write to us, with your name, email and phone number if you give one
Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your details, we do not send emails you have not asked for, and we never see your card number — payments are handled by the payment provider.
How long we keep it
Orders are kept for as long as tax law requires, then deleted. Bookings are kept for two years, and enquiries that never became an event are deleted after twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal information by writing to ciao@bella-ristorante.example. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
