What we collect
Bookings and enquiries: your name, email, phone number if you give one, your postcode, the kind of job and what you tell us about it
Job records: the work we did, the parts we fitted and the certificates we issued, kept for six years because our accounts, guarantees and certification bodies require it
Boiler service reminders: your email address and the month your service is due, only if you ask for them
Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites
Please do not send bank details or anything else we have not asked for through the form.
Who we share it with
Gas safety records and electrical certificates are registered with Gas Safe Register and our electrical certification body, as the law requires. A charger installation is notified to the network operator. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to office@ashford-pe.example. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
