This notice explains what personal information Wild Stem collects through this website and in the shop, and what happens to it. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
Who we are
Wild Stem Flowers Ltd, 9 Cheap Street, Frome BA11 1BN, is responsible for your personal data. Write to hello@wildstem.example about anything on this page.
What we collect
Orders: your name, phone number and email, and the name and address of the person receiving the flowers
Card messages: the words you ask us to write, kept only until the flowers are delivered
Subscriptions: your delivery address, delivery day and plan
Enquiries: what you write to us through the form or by email
This website takes no payment. Please do not send us card details or anything about anyone's health through the form.
How long we keep it
Order details are kept for six years because the tax rules require it. Subscription details are deleted twelve months after the last delivery, and enquiries that did not lead to an order after one year.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your details, we do not send marketing you did not ask for, and we never contact the person receiving flowers except to deliver them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to hello@wildstem.example. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
