Privacy Policy

What we keep when you plan a trip with Wanderly or sign up for the dispatches, and what we never do with it.

This policy explains what personal information Wanderly collects through this website and when you plan a trip with us, and what happens to it. Last updated: 1 October 2026.

Who we are

Wanderly, 214 Mercer Street, New York, NY 10012, United States, is responsible for your personal data. Write to hello@wanderly.example about anything on this page.

What we collect

  • Trip requests: your name, email address and what you tell us about the trip — the places, the dates and who is travelling

  • Bookings: the travellers' names and the details airlines and hotels need to issue tickets and reservations

  • The dispatches: your email address, once you have confirmed it from the email we send

  • Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites

Who we share it with

Only the airlines, hotels and local partners that carry out the trip you book, and only what they need for it. We do not sell or share your details for advertising.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as tax law requires, then deleted. Trip requests that did not become a booking are deleted after twelve months. You can leave the dispatches at any time with the link in every email.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to hello@wanderly.example.
