This policy explains what personal information Velora collects through this website and in the studio shop, and what happens to it. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
Who we are
Velora, Linienstraße 112, 10115 Berlin, is responsible for your personal data. Write to hello@velora.example about anything on this page.
What we collect
Orders: your name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought
Payments: handled by our payment provider — we see that a payment went through, never your full card number
Studio letters: your email address and when you confirmed it, until you unsubscribe
Messages: your name, email and what you write to us through the contact form
Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites
Who else sees it
Our delivery partner receives your name and address to bring your parcel. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we only email you about your order — or the studio letters, if you asked for them.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires, then deleted. Messages that never became an order are deleted after twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to hello@velora.example. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
