Last updated: September 1, 2026. This policy explains what personal data Vectorline Systems, Inc. collects, why we collect it and the choices you have.

Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, workspace name and billing details

  • Usage data: pages visited in the dashboard, CLI version and feature usage

  • Customer content: code, logs, traces and databases you deploy — processed only to provide the service

How we use it

We use account and usage data to run and secure the platform, bill you correctly, provide support and improve the product. We never sell personal data and never use customer content to train models.

Where it is stored

Account data is stored in the United States. Customer content stays in the regions you select, including EU-only and US-only residency options.

Sub-processors

We rely on a small number of sub-processors for payments, email delivery and support tooling. The current list is available on request, and we notify customers 30 days before adding a new one.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings or by writing to privacy@vectorline.example.
