This notice explains what personal information Vallorna Estate collects through this website and when you visit or join the wine club, and what happens to it. Last updated: 1 September 2026.
Who we are
Vallorna Estate (sample details), Via dei Terrazzi 12, Valle Orna, is responsible for your personal data. Write to hello@vallorna.example about anything on this page.
What we collect
Booking requests: your name, email, the visit and date you ask for, the number of guests and your message
Wine club: your name, email, delivery address and the deliveries you have received
Payments: handled by our payment provider; we never see or keep your full card number
How long we keep it
Booking requests are deleted twelve months after the visit. Wine club records are kept while you are a member and for as long as tax law requires afterwards.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your details, and we only send news of the estate to people who asked for it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@vallorna.example. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
