What we collect through this website
Trial lesson requests: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the instrument, who the lessons are for and the days that suit
Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics, with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites
The form is for lessons and questions about the school only. Please do not send health information through it — if there is anything a teacher should know, we talk about it in person.
Photographs and recordings
We only show a student's photograph, recording or first name on this website with written agreement from the student, or a parent for anyone under eighteen. Ask us at any time and we will take it down.
How long we keep it
Trial lesson requests are kept for twelve months and then deleted, unless lessons begin, in which case they join the student's record and our separate student privacy notice applies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to hello@tempohouse.example. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
