What we collect
Messages and bookings: your name, email, phone number if you give one, what needs doing and your message
Workshop records: the work done on your bike and the parts fitted, kept for six years for warranty and accounting
Purchases: what you bought and the invoice, kept for six years because tax law requires it
Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your details, we do not send newsletters you did not ask for, and we only text you about your own bike.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to privacy@spokeandchain.example. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
