Who we are
Shear & Co. Ltd, 18 Raeburn Place, Edinburgh EH4 1HN, is responsible for your personal data. Write to hello@shearandco.example about anything on this page.
What we collect
Bookings and enquiries: your name, email, phone number if you give it, and what you write
Appointment notes: the services you have had, the stylist, and colour formulas, so the next appointment matches the last
The monthly email: your email address and when you signed up, only if you ask for it
Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your details, we do not post photographs of you without asking first, and we do not keep card details — payments are taken at the desk.
How long we keep it
Appointment notes stay for two years after your last visit, then they are deleted. Enquiries that never became a booking are deleted after six months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to hello@shearandco.example. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
