04 Ordering
Before you order.
- How late can I order for the same day?
- Until about an hour before you want to collect, as long as it is still on the list. The morning bike round closes at ten the night before.
- What if something sells out after I order?
- Ordering takes it off the shelf count straight away, which is the main reason to order ahead. If we make a mistake we ring you and refund that line in full.
- Do you deliver further than the bike goes?
- Not by bike. For wholesale quantities there is a van — ring the shop and ask for the wholesale round. Otherwise, the counter is always there.
- Can I order a whole cake or a big batch?
- Yes, with three days' notice. Ring 0161 496 0142 or write to hello@ryeandroast.example rather than using the bag, so we can talk about size and how you are getting it home.
