Privacy Policy

What we keep when you buy and use a Roamly eSIM, and what we never do with it.

This policy explains what personal information Roamly collects through this website and the Roamly app, and what happens to it. Last updated: 1 October 2026.

Who we are

Roamly, Keizersgracht 241, 1016 EA Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is responsible for your personal data. Write to help@roamly.example about anything on this page.

What we collect

  • Your account: your email address and, if you give it, your name

  • Your plans: the eSIM we issue, the destination, the data bought and how much of it has been used — never which websites or apps you use

  • Payments: handled by our payment provider; we see the amount and the last four digits of the card, never the full card number

  • Support: the messages you send us and the phone model you tell us about

  • Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your details for advertising, we do not send marketing emails you have not asked for, and we do not look at what you do online.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept for as long as tax law requires, then deleted. Usage figures for a plan are deleted 12 months after the plan ends, and support messages after 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to help@roamly.example. You can also complain to the data protection authority.
