Who we are
Ridgeline Car Rental GmbH, Landsberger Straße 120, 80339 München, is responsible for your personal data. Write to hello@ridgeline.example about anything on this page.
What we collect
Requests: your name, email, phone number if you give one, the stations, the dates, the car class and anything you add to your message
Rentals: your driving licence and ID details, checked at the desk, the deposit on your credit card and the car's handover record
Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your details, we do not send emails you have not asked for, and we do not keep your card number — the deposit is held and released by the card provider. Please never send licence, ID or card details through the website.
How long we keep it
Rental records are kept for as long as tax and traffic law requires, then deleted. Requests that never became a rental are deleted after six months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to hello@ridgeline.example. You can also complain to the data protection authority.
