Who we are
Onyx Detail GmbH, Halskestraße 38, 22113 Hamburg, is responsible for your personal data. Write to hello@onyxdetail.example about anything on this page.
What we collect
Booking requests: your name, email, phone number if you give one, the car, the package, the address where we work and the days you suggest
Jobs: the date, the work done, the price and the invoice
Photos and clips: taken of the car during the work; we only share one on this website or anywhere else with your say-so
Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your details, we do not send emails you have not asked for, and we do not keep card numbers — card payments are handled by the card terminal's provider.
How long we keep it
Invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires, then deleted. Requests that never became a booking are deleted after six months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to hello@onyxdetail.example. You can also complain to the data protection authority in Hamburg.
