Who we are
Northgate Garage Ltd, Unit 3, Northgate Works, Brook Lane, Chester CH2 2AT, is responsible for your personal data. Write to privacy@northgate-garage.example about anything on this page.
What we collect
Bookings and enquiries: your name, email, phone number if you give one, the service you want and your message
Vehicle records: the registration, mileage and the work we did, recorded at the workshop and kept for six years because our accounts and warranty claims require it
MOT tests: the details the official testing service needs to record the test
Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your details, we do not send marketing you did not ask for, and we only ring you about your own car.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to privacy@northgate-garage.example. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
