Privacy Policy

What we keep when you buy a pass or write to us, and what we never do with it.
October 1, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Nexus collects through this website and when you attend the conference, and what happens to it.

Who we are

Nexus Events Inc., 410 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States, is responsible for your personal information. Write to hello@nexus-conf.example about anything on this page.

What we collect

  • Passes: your name, email, company if you give it, the pass you bought and the workshops you chose

  • Payments: handled by our payment provider; we see the amount and the last four digits of the card, never the full card number

  • Questions: what you write in the form, with your name, email and company if you give one

  • Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites

What we do not do

We do not sell your details, we do not hand them to sponsors, and we do not send marketing emails you have not asked for.

How long we keep it

Pass and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires, then deleted. Questions are deleted twelve months after we answer them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal information by writing to hello@nexus-conf.example. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
