What we collect
Your account: your name, your email address and the workspaces you belong to
Your work: the projects, content and settings you create — used only to run the platform for you
Payments: handled by our payment provider; we see the plan, the amount and the last four digits of the card, never the full card number
Messages: what you send us through the form on this page or by email — your name, work email, company, team size and message
Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics, with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The platform uses one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in, which ends when you sign out.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details or share them for advertising, and we do not send marketing emails you have not asked for.
How long we keep it
Your projects stay until you delete them or close your account. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires, then deleted, and messages after 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to hello@nexora.example. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
