Privacy Policy

What we keep when you use MindFlow, and what we never do with it.

This policy explains what personal information MindFlow collects through this website and the MindFlow app, and what happens to it. Last updated: 1 October 2026.

Who we are

MindFlow, Torstraße 118, 10119 Berlin, Germany (sample address), is responsible for your personal data. Write to help@mindflow.example about anything on this page.

What we collect

  • Your account: your email address, your name and, on a team plan, the team you belong to

  • What you make: your messages, the files you add and the results MindFlow writes, kept in your library until you delete them

  • Payments: handled by our payment provider; we see the plan, the amount and the last four digits of the card, never the full number

  • Newsletter: the email address you enter in the footer, kept until you unsubscribe with the link in every issue

  • Support: the messages you send us

  • Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites

How your work is used

Your messages and files are sent to the AI models that answer them and are not used to train models. Nobody at MindFlow reads them unless you ask us to look at a problem.

How long we keep it

Your library stays until you delete it or close your account; deleted work is gone from our systems within 30 days. Invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to help@mindflow.example. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
