Who we are
Meridian Robotics Ltd, Unit 4, The Printworks, Bristol, is responsible for your personal data. Write to privacy@meridianrobotics.example about anything on this page.
If you apply for a role
Your application: name, contact details, CV, answers to the application questions and any file you attach
Interview notes: what the interviewers wrote, which you can ask to see at any time
Adjustments you asked for: recorded separately, seen only by the people arranging them, and never part of the decision
We do not ask your current salary, and we do not want you to tell us
How long we keep applications
Twelve months, so that we can come back to you when something opens. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, that day. Speculative letters are kept on the same basis.
Everything else
Enquiries are kept for a year. Website statistics are anonymous and aggregated, with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites. We do not sell or share your details with anyone beyond the applicant tracking and email providers that run these functions for us.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by writing to privacy@meridianrobotics.example. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
