What I collect
Enquiry details: names, email address, event date, location and anything you choose to tell me.
Client details needed for a contract and invoices, such as postal address and payment records.
Photographs taken at your event or session.
Newsletter sign-ups: your email address and the date you subscribed.
How it is used
Your details are used only to reply to your enquiry, deliver the work you booked and, if you subscribed, send the newsletter. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
Your photographs
Galleries are private and shared only through a link sent to you. I will only use photographs from your day on this website or social media with your permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after twelve months. Contracts and invoices are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Online galleries stay available for two years, and a backup of your photographs is kept for five.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information held about you, or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Use the form below or email hello@maraellison.photo.
