What we collect
Bookings at the box office: your name and the seats you booked, kept until the screening has passed
Membership: your name, email, postal address and the months you paid for, kept while you are a member and for six years after for our accounts
Hire enquiries: your name, email, the date, the type of event and whatever you write
Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites
Please do not send card details or anything else we have not asked for through the form.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your details or share them with distributors, sponsors or anyone else. Card payments at the box office are handled by our card payment provider, which receives only what it needs to take the payment.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to boxoffice@lumenpicturehouse.example. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
