Who we are
Luma Clean LLC, 2847 University Avenue, Suite 210, San Diego, CA 92104, is responsible for your personal information. Write to hello@lumaclean.example about anything on this page.
What we collect
Quote requests: your name, email, phone number if you give it, and what you tell us about your space
Bookings: the address we clean, the access details you choose to share and the notes on your checklist
Keys and door codes: stored under a number, never with your address, and held only by your team lead
Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your details, we do not send emails you have not asked for, and we do not keep card numbers — payments are handled by our payment provider.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as tax law requires, then deleted. Quote requests that never became a booking are deleted after six months, and keys are returned or destroyed when our service ends.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal information by writing to hello@lumaclean.example. We will never treat you differently for asking.
