Who we are

What we collect through this website
Visit requests: your name, your email address, a phone number if you choose to give one, your child's age range and the month you would like your child to start
Messages: anything you write to us by email, kept only as long as we need it to answer you
Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites
What we never ask for online
We do not ask for information about your child's health, allergies, diet, development or any additional needs through this website, and please do not send it to us here. If your child joins us, we talk about everything they need with you in person and keep those records securely at the nursery, as the early years rules require.
Who sees your details
Only the nursery manager and the office. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not send newsletters or reminders you have not asked for.
How long we keep them
Visit requests from families who do not join us are deleted after twelve months. Records of children who attend are kept for the periods the early years and safeguarding rules set, and no longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to privacy@littleacorns.example. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
