What we collect on this website
Bookings: your name, email address and phone number, and the day, time and place of the visit you choose
Messages: what you write to us by email
Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up in the footer and confirm it from the email we send
Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites
The booking form does not ask about your health, and we ask you not to send health details by email. What you tell your clinician during a visit belongs in your medical record, which is kept under medical confidentiality and explained in the separate notice you receive at your first visit.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your details for advertising, and we do not send marketing emails you have not asked for. Every newsletter has a link to unsubscribe.
How long we keep it
Booking details are kept for as long as we need them to provide and bill your care, and as long as the law requires after that. Emails that are not part of your care are deleted after 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to care@healthio.example. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
