What we collect
Emails you send us: your name, email address and whatever you tell us about the home you are looking for or selling
The newsletter: your email address, once you have confirmed it from the email we send you
Viewings and sales: the details a purchase, a sale or a lease needs, shared only with the parties to it
Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites
The search on our home page
The search at the top of the page only takes you to our listings. What you pick in it is not sent to us or stored anywhere.
Who we share it with
Only the people a transaction needs — the other party's agent, the title company, the lender or the landlord — and only what they need for it. We do not sell or share your details for advertising.
How long we keep it
Transaction records are kept for as long as the law requires, then deleted. Emails that did not lead to a viewing or a sale are deleted after twelve months. You can leave the newsletter with the link in every issue.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to hello@havyn.example.
