Appointment requests: your name, email, phone number if you give one, the service you ask for and the times that suit you
Messages you send us by email or through the form
Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites
What we do not collect here
The website never asks about your health. Your dental and medical history is taken at the clinic and kept in our patient records, separately from anything sent through this site — please do not include it in the form.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your details, and we do not send emails you have not asked for. Appointment reminders go only to patients who have booked.
How long we keep it
Requests that never became an appointment are deleted after six months. Messages about an appointment are kept for as long as you are our patient.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the details you sent through this website by writing to hello@halodental.example.
