Privacy notice

How Halden & Partners LLP collects, uses and protects personal data. Last updated 1 September 2026.

Halden & Partners LLP, 14 Carlisle Row, London EC2A 4NP, is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can reach our data protection lead at privacy@haldenpartners.example.

What we collect

  • Enquiries: your name, work email, phone number if given, the topic and the outline you send us

  • Recruiting: your CV, cover note and interview feedback

  • Website use: technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected without advertising cookies

Why we use it

We use enquiry data to reply to you and, where an engagement follows, to manage our relationship. Recruiting data is used to assess your application. The legal bases are our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and steps taken at your request before a contract of employment.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for two years after our last contact. Unsuccessful applications are deleted after twelve months unless you ask us to keep them on file.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who host our systems and send our emails, under contracts that require them to protect it, and between our London, Stockholm and Frankfurt offices.

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
