Enquiries: your name, work email, company and whatever you write
Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites
No chat widget, no session recording, and no third-party script that can see what you typed
The product
Halcyon processes whatever your collector sends us, which is whatever survives your own redaction rules. We are a processor for that data and you are the controller. We have never trained a model on it and the contract forbids it without hedging.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to privacy@halcyon.example. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
