This notice explains what personal information Clearway Driving School collects through this website and its lessons, and what happens to it. Last updated: 1 September 2026.
Who we are
Clearway Driving School Ltd, The Old Dairy, Pinhoe Road, Exeter, is responsible for your personal data. Write to privacy@clearway.example about anything on this page.
What we collect
Enquiries: your name, email, phone number if you give it, what you would like to learn and what you write
Pupils: the address we collect you from, your lesson dates, payments and the progress notes your instructor writes
Tests: only the date and time you tell us, so we can plan your lessons around them — you book your tests yourself
Website use: anonymous, aggregated statistics, with no advertising cookies and no tracking across other sites
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become lessons are deleted after six months. Lesson and payment records are kept for six years because the accounts require it; progress notes are deleted a year after your last lesson.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your details, we do not send marketing you did not ask for, and we never publish a pupil's name, photograph or words without written agreement.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to privacy@clearway.example. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
